About The Program
New Media Academy (NMA) is a clustered program offering a rigorous college preparatory and liberal arts curriculum that incorporates digital media and film production in a project-based, interdisciplinary, team-taught approach.
Students interested in a rigorous academic program and media arts that is supported by team-teaching, providing a nurturing environment, will enjoy this program.
An NMA student has the opportunity to visit colleges with a focus on media arts, field trips to Hollywood studios and live-theater productions, and receive opportunities for internships and real-world application.
Students in this program will complete the Arts, Media, and Entertainment Industry CTE pathway as part of the course sequence.
