Grade 12 student, Makyla Cervantes, has been named a Coca-Cola Scholar Semi-Finalist. Makyla is not only a dedicated member of GHC's dance team but also actively participates in the DECA program, among her many other school involvements.

The Coca-Cola Scholar Recognition Program is an internationally renowned scholarship initiative that draws over 100,000 high school senior applicants each year. The program offers an opportunity to win a $20,000 scholarship, and this year, finalists will also have the chance to attend a Scholars Weekend in Atlanta, where they will interact with past and present global winners.

Congratulations to Makyla for being selected as one of the students to advance as a Semi-Finalist!

Makyla Cervantes' dedication, hard work, and commitment to both her academic pursuits and extracurricular activities make her a shining example of the educational excellence GHC strives to cultivate. Wish Makyla all the best in the next stage of the Coca-Cola Scholar Recognition Program!
