PROHIBITION AGAINST DRUGS, TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL: Alcohol, tobacco and nicotine products (such as cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, chew, or other related products and replica nicotine products) are prohibited and students found in possession, or having used such products on school grounds, will receive specified consequences that could include suspension, recommendation for participation in deterrent programs, opportunity transfer, exclusion from extra-curricular activities or expulsion. Possession of drugs at school may also constitute a crime and will be reported to School Police. Any student found to have participated in the unlawful sale of drugs may be recommended for expulsion.
