Stay Active... Join AHA's Fitness Class 🏃

Exercising increases endorphins which helps relieve stress, gives you more energy, better sleep, and most importantly healthy.

This program will be circuit training. Each station will have different exercises and equipment such as agility hurdlers, ladders, resistant bands, and more. Workout attire is strongly recommended.

  • Start date: February 20, 2024 (offered every Tuesday & Thursday)
  • Time: 4:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Location: P.E blacktop (boy's locker room side)

Students must enroll or be enrolled in AHA to participate.
