When it comes to learning, it is never too late to ask for help. The Academic Mentors Program (AMP) provides students with the opportunity to catch up in class.
Math mentors provide a student with extra assistance.
The Academic Mentor Program has after-school tutoring available to all GHC high school students. AMP encourages students to work together in order to help each other with an array of subjects. Ranging from Math to English, History to Science, and even World Languages. This program allows students to share their own academic proficiency and skills with struggling students. This newfound approach to learning also creates strong peer bonds. Each mentor specializes in a specific subject, meaning there are plenty of chances for students to receive personalized assistance on the specific topic they need the most aid in.

The AMP center is open every day after school, Mondays to Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. This program provides a great opportunity to see improvement in one’s overall academic studies. “We hope to see you in our centers after school and have the honor to help you with your studies!” - The AMP Team
