"That tandem role was demonstrated in a 62-18 win over Kennedy on Friday night. Darrell Stanley rushed for five touchdowns and 229 yards and Dijon Stanley rushed for two touchdowns and 140 yards. Both played on defense, as well.

Both possess the speed and agility to finesse their way around defenders, giving the Highlanders two reliable options."

GHC shares new reopening updates for student athletes

Athletes will have the opportunity to come back on campus and participate in conditioning for their respective sports. Teams can have up to two workouts a week, each lasting no more than four hours. The groups on campus will also be broken down into smaller cohorts of a maximum of 25 people. These precautions will ensure that students can socially distance and will not have to gather in too large of groups.

Support Our Student Athletes

Granada Hills Charter (GHC) provides a positive, education-based environment in which student-athletes may participate in organized team sports that emphasize a commitment to excellence both in and out of the classroom.

Accordingly, student-athletes learn life-long lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, ethical behavior, perseverance, commitment, loyalty, self-discipline, accomplishment, cooperation, healthy living, responsibility, and leadership skills.

Support our athletics program with a gift that helps our sport teams grow for the betterment of the student-athlete community. Each team is fundraising to pay for tournaments, equipment, and more.
