The Operations Committee looks at and provides recommendations to the Board on many different aspects to the day-to-day operations of the school. Daily bell schedules (in all forms), yearly schedule (start and stop days for a school year) and testing schedules for state testing, are several examples. The committee also looks at facilities management and operation (for example classroom furniture). The committee is composed of interested parties representing the major groups on campus (classified staff, certificated staff, out of classroom personnel, students, parents and administration). All recommendations to the Board are based upon feedback from the interested groups.
